Budget Update
As we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year, CMS is facing a challenging budget landscape due to the expiration of federal COVID-19 relief funds, and current grant funding that is available. Despite these challenges, we are prioritizing salary increases for teachers and staff, as well as considering bonuses for math teachers to maintain competitiveness and support our educators.
2025-2026 Calendar Updates
The Board of Education has approved the academic calendar for the 2025-2026 school year. Key dates include the first day of school on August 25, 2025, and a 14-day winter break from December 20, 2025, to January 4, 2026.

Staff Recognitions: A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated educators and support staff for their unwavering commitment to student success.
Student Achievements: Congratulations to our students who have excelled in recent academic and extracurricular competitions.
Other Board Updates
